WBS Lite is specifically designed to enable offline usage, allowing you to progress through courses even without internet connectivity. You can download all the content when connected to the internet, and then read lessons, take quizzes, and explore the Bible while offline; your progress will be uploaded once you are connected again.

When you do connect to the internet, WBS Lite is designed to be data-friendly. The information exchanged between you, the system, and your Study Helper is secure and minimized to be cost-efficient for your data plan.

• Do I have to have an email address?

No, an email address is not necessary. You can register and sign in using WhatsApp. Email is completely optional. You can receive notifications and communicate with your Study Helper through WhatsApp.

• Do I have to have WhatsApp?

No, you can register and sign in using an email address if you prefer. While WhatsApp is not required for studying the lessons, it is necessary if you want to send messages to your Study Helper.

• Is my information secure?

Yes! When communicating via WhatsApp or providing your email, the Study Helper does not have access to your direct contact information as they utilize our website mailbox system or in-app messaging.

• How do I communicate with my Study Helper?

WBS Lite connects to your WhatsApp account with your permission. All communication between you and your Study Helper is secured with end-to-end encryption provided by WhatsApp. You can easily send messages to your Study Helper and request support from the WBS team if you have any questions.

• What gets downloaded?

You have the flexibility to choose what to download. You can opt to download all courses or select specific ones at a time. Likewise, you can download all pictures or choose to do so on a per-lesson basis. WBS Lite offers the option of downloading the entire Bible onto your phone or selecting specific books or chapters to conserve data. Additionally, the app contains helpful study notes that guide your reading of the Bible, enabling you to learn directly from God's Word rather than relying solely on man-made teachings.

• How much does this cost?

Nothing at all! World Bible School courses are completely free of charge. The expenses for WBS are covered by generous donations from caring Christians who have a strong desire for students to enhance their faith in God and receive the Good News of Jesus Christ.

• What is a WBS "Study Helper"?

A WBS Study Helper is a Christian friend who volunteers their time and is available to assist you in understanding the Bible as you go through WBS courses. Study Helpers are everyday individuals like yourself who will exchange lessons with you, review your answers, provide feedback, help you find relevant scriptures, and serve as a prayer partner.

• Can I learn at my own pace?

Learning from the Bible should be an enjoyable experience rather than a burden. There are no time limits or schedules, so feel free to take the courses at your own convenience. You can use WBS Lite, access the website, or even study via postal mail.
